What do I do if TheNaplesCard is declined?
If TheNaplesCard is declined, it could be because:
The information is entered into the POS or terminal system incorrectly, try re-entering the information;
The value on the card is less than what is trying to be redeemed. Have an additional payment form ready in this instance;
You are trying to redeem TheNaplesCard at a non-participating business.
How can I check the balance on my card?
The balance can be checked online by clicking on the tab "CHECK MY BALANCE" and typing your 16 digit gift card number.
What happens if my purchase amount exceeds the balance on TheNaplesCard?
In the event that your purchase exceeds the balance on TheNaplesCard, you may use the whole balance of your gift card and then use a separate form of payment to cover the remaining balance of the purchase amount.
Can I use the same card at multiple locations?
Yes, as long as there is a remaining balance, TheNaplesCard may be used at any participating location.
How is TheNaplesCard redeemed?
TheNaplesCard is keyed in manually into a business POS or terminal system. TheNaplesCard cannot be swiped.
Is a physical TheNaplesCard an option?
Yes. Your gift card number can be printed or handwritten on TheNaplesCard hangers, available at our participating locations. However, we recommend you to send the card via text message and/or e-mail in addition to the physical card, so it will never be lost!
Will my card work anywhere?
TheNaplesCard can be used at any location that has signed up for the card program. Additional businesses are being added every day!
Can refunds be provided to my card?
Yes. Just as refunds would be applied to your credit card, they can also be applied to TheNaplesCard.
Can I tip with TheNaplesCard?
As any other gift card, you can not add the tip when paying with TheNaplesCard. You can use any other form of payment for the tip.
How much does it cost to send TheNaplesCard?
When you purchase TheNaplesCard, there is an e-delivery fee of $1.00 plus 5% of the total value of the card.
